I'm logging in for the first time, but I don't yet have a password. What do I do?

When your Vave account was provisioned, you were sent an email to set your initial password.
Please check your inbox and spam folder for an email entitled "Action Required: Set your new Vave Health password" from vavehealth@vavehealth.com. Once you find it, open the email and click on the link "Set up a password."
However, if you cannot find the email above or it has expired, all is not lost. Simply navigate to https://cloud.vavehealth.com to set it up. Vave will send you a verification email to complete the process. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
If you continue to have trouble setting your initial password, please contact Vave Support at support@vavehealth.com.
