My firmware update is failing. What should I do?

When I try to connect to my probe, it attempts to update the firmware, but that fails.

Try the following.

  1. Assure that your battery is charged. How to properly charge your battery.
  2. Kill the Vave mobile app or restart your mobile device.
  3. Relaunch the Vave app.
  4. Try again to connect the probe.
