When I try to connect to my probe, it attempts to update the firmware, but that fails.
Try the following.
- Assure that your battery is charged. How to properly charge your battery.
- Kill the Vave mobile app or restart your mobile device.
- Relaunch the Vave app.
- Try again to connect the probe.
