Why won't my probe turn on?

I press the probe's power button, but nothing happens.

You likely have a depleted battery that needs to be recharged. Please follow this process to recharge the probe's battery.

1. Plug the A/C adapter into the charger.
2. Plug the A/C adapter into an outlet.
3. The charger's light will slowly blink amber/green.
4. Insert the battery into the charger.
5. The charger's light will turn solid amber. If it doesn't, reseat the battery in the charger.
6. Once the battery is fully charged, the charger's light will turn solid green.
