I can connect other mobile devices to my probe, but I cannot connect my Apple iPad
If you’re a Mac user and your Mac is nearby when you’re trying to connect your iPad to a probe, the Mac might be preventing the connection.
To fix this issue, follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPad.
2. Go to the General tab.
3. Select Airplay & Continuity.
4. Disable Cursor and Keyboard.
Try connecting your iPad to the probe again. If the issue persists, please contact Vave Support at support@vavehealth.com.
