Why can't I edit DICOM settings?

I want to configure my DICOM settings but the settings fields are all greyed out. Why?

To access DICOM settings, you need administrator privileges for your Vave organization. If the DICOM settings are grayed out, it means you do not have admin rights for the current organization. We suggest reaching out to your organization's admin to either adjust the settings for you or grant you admin status.

If you are part of multiple organizations, you may have admin access to some but not others. Therefore, if you believe you have admin rights for the organization but are unable to make changes, please ensure you have selected the correct organization to modify.
