My probe's light won't turn green

I'm trying to connect my probe to my mobile device, but the probe's light stays blue and never turns green

This condition is almost always the result of a low battery. Please complete the steps below and try again.

How to properly charge your battery

 

If the problem persists, you may have dirty contacts. Perform the following steps and then retry.

  1. Remove the battery from the probe.

  2. Using isopropyl alcohol and a wipe, clean the 7 gold contacts on the probe.

  3. Replace the battery
